The house was custom, and difficult to appraise. Burke researched sales in the area, and found an additional comp, that the appraiser did not know about because it was a very recent sale. The appraiser was able to use the comp, which was pivotal in this transaction. Burke worked closely with both the buyer and the seller, and me the lender to make sure that the transaction went as smooth as possible. He was able to negotiated terms that both parties were happy with. Burke also has a good knowledge of the lending process, as he has experience in lending as well.
